Training Aid Recommendations






SPINNER BALLS – These oversize foam balls bounce great and make it possible for young children to rally back & forth over the net. Spinner Balls also work great for all levels for rallying against a fence; backboard or garage door.




STREAMER BALLS – Streamers fly and bounce amazingly well, just like slow-bouncing tennis balls (Champs) Add fun, variety, and excitement with these durable and tangle free tail balls.




TENNIS LADDER – Agility ladders have been used for team sports such as football and basketball for years. Ladders teach players to stay on their toes when they run and enhance footwork, balance, movement and agility.




Z-BALLS – Teach children to change direction quickly and enhance hand-eye coordination.





DOME CONES – This is a great way for young children to work on balance & strength and agility drills at home.

CHAMP TENNIS BALLS – This tennis ball has a low compression core that produces a slower bounce and will give a student more success before advancing to a normal tennis ball.





TENNIS TWIST BALL MACHINE – Battery operated, these machines feed consistently giving a tennis player an opportunity to groove their strokes. Advanced players can improve racquet head speed with this machine by hitting the ball out of the air. Overheads can also be practiced on a tennis twist by using champ tennis balls.




PRACTICE HIT – Players can groove stroke production in their house or out in the driveway. Players can get a great rainy day workout moving their feet and alternating between forehands and backhands.




PRACTICE HIT PLUS – This is a bigger, sturdier unit for taller and more advanced players.




SPEED JUMP ROPE – A jump rope will help a student remember to keep bouncing on the balls of their feet during a point and will greatly improve conditioning.




BALL & SOCK – Swinging a tube sock with 3 tennis balls in it is a great way to learn a smooth, continuous and efficient service motion.




7" PLYO HURDLES – Hurdles are excellent for a multitude of plyometric exercises, including drills to increase stride rate and stride length.




12" PLYO HURDLES - Hurdles are excellent for a multitude of plyometric exercises, each set of 6 includes a drill book with a variety of exercises to improve movement.




QUICK FEET DONUTS – These rubber donuts are colorful, durable, non-slip and best of all, they come with a 24-page booklet with 50 drill variations.




SHADOWSWINGING – Practicing all the shots in a mirror is a great way to lock in muscle memory. A mirror will give you feedback to what corrections have to be made to a stroke. Just be sure not to knock over a lamp.




SPRINTS – Sprints are a great way to increase overall speed. Vary the sprint distances and work on an explosive first step.
